If you have arrived at Be You website, you are probably wondering what this is all about. Being yourself seems like a no-brainer, but how can one be themselves if they have never met who they truly are nor have experienced it? We are slowly learning that it’s an inside to outside job. Call off the search party! It’s not out there! Everything you need is within. There are inner resources and practices that when committed to allow you to connect, experience and know your spiritual being and build a trusting relationship with spirit as it knows your highest purpose. Try to imagine/conceptualize this idea. You are a spiritual being having a human experience and you are a human being having a spiritual experience. Spirit=infinite and human=finite. Now what to do with this information? A hint…..you can align with your soul first and from here everything will unfold into action/form. Or, you can align with your human first (try to be patient, kind and compassionate with this part of you) and perpetuate the feeling of lack, being stuck, confused and fearful. We need both, we are both and will experience both. Through cultivating skills like self-love, stress management, spiritual enlightenment and incorporating practices that connect the physical to these areas, you will learn how to navigate life fully being YOU. Why not make your journey here on earth the incredible adventure it was designed to be?
